24/7 Support

At AUSEV, we pride ourselves on delivering the best after-sales support in the industry. We understand that customer experience doesn’t end with the sale and continue to work alongside our customers as they transition their fleets to electric vehicles.

What sets us apart from other OEMs is the unique advantage of direct assistance and expert advice from the same team that remanufactured the F-150 Lightning. Recognizing that downtime is critical for fleet operators, we offer a dedicated remote support team that can respond quickly and address issues onsite, even in remote areas.

Our support is simple, effective, and designed to keep your fleet moving.

Vehicle Upfit

Having a vehicle that is capable on its own is essential, but fleets often need additional upfits for specific applications. We work with you to customise your vehicle and, depending on the type of upfit, can deliver a fully finished vehicle ready for deployment.

To simplify the process, we’ve developed both commercial and mine-spec upfit options that can be installed in-house. This eliminates the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers, minimising delays and ensuring your vehicle is ready for the job.

Total Cost of Ownership Analysis

When evaluating commercial viability, the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) plays a critical role. TCO factors in all costs associated with a vehicle over its lifespan, providing a clearer picture of the true cost of ownership.

While electric vehicles may have a higher upfront cost, these expenses are offset by significant savings on fuel and maintenance over time. The comparison model below illustrates how the Ford F-150 Lightning Pro stacks up against the Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series and the Hilux, demonstrating its strong performance in overall cost efficiency.

By focusing on the total cost rather than just the initial purchase price, fleet operators can make smarter, long-term investment decisions.

Parts

We understand that downtime is a critical concern for fleet operators when purchasing new vehicles. That’s why we maintain a local inventory of left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, allowing us to supply spare parts faster than other OEMs reliant on overseas supply chains.

In addition to having parts readily available, our established network enables us to ship them quickly, even to remote locations across Australia—keeping your fleet on the road and minimising costly delays.

Data Insights

With our integrated IVMS system, we provide valuable data insights and analysis to help optimise your fleet’s performance. By securely connecting to your vehicles, you can access real-time data based on your specific needs, including vehicle location, driver fatigue, battery charge, and more.

These insights not only enhance fleet management but also improve overall driver safety—helping you make informed decisions and keep your operations running smoothly.
